礼仪教育对中职学生的健康成长和成才起着越来越重要的作用。让学生不仅能掌握规范的礼仪知识、塑造良好的仪表形象，同时又具有互相尊重、诚恳和善、待人和气的道德品质，成为礼仪教学亟需解决的问题。本文从礼仪教育的长期性、日常性、教师的示范性以及教学方式的灵活多变性等方面进行阐述。

Etiquette education plays an increasingly important role in secondary vocational students' healthy growth. It not only makes students master standardized etiquette, create a good im-age of the instrument, but also teaches them mutual respect, sin-cerity and kind to people, which has become an urgent problem for etiquette teaching. This paper mainly interprets several as-pects of etiquette education.
