目的探讨丹参酮联合阿托伐他汀治疗慢性肾衰竭的临床疗效。方法慢性肾衰竭患者100例按照治疗方法不同分为治疗组和对照组,对照组采用常规西药治疗,治疗组在对照组的基础上采用丹参酮联合阿托伐他汀治疗,丹参多酚酸盐200mg+0.9%氯化钠注射液250 mL,静脉滴注,qd。睡前口服阿托伐他汀20mg,qd。比较两组患者治疗前后症状积分、肾功能指标、24h尿蛋白及血管内皮功能的变化。结果治疗组治疗后症状积分、24h尿蛋白定量显著低于对照组(P<0.05)。治疗组的肾功能指标尿素氮、肌酐、内生肌酐清除率的改善显著优于对照组(P<0.05)。治疗组血浆内皮素1、一氧化氮的改善显著优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论丹参酮联合阿托伐他汀能够显著改善慢性肾衰竭患者的肾功能,缓解临床症状。
목적탐토단삼동연합아탁벌타정치료만성신쇠갈적림상료효。방법만성신쇠갈환자100례안조치료방법불동분위치료조화대조조,대조조채용상규서약치료,치료조재대조조적기출상채용단삼동연합아탁벌타정치료,단삼다분산염200mg+0.9%록화납주사액250 mL,정맥적주,qd。수전구복아탁벌타정20mg,qd。비교량조환자치료전후증상적분、신공능지표、24h뇨단백급혈관내피공능적변화。결과치료조치료후증상적분、24h뇨단백정량현저저우대조조(P<0.05)。치료조적신공능지표뇨소담、기항、내생기항청제솔적개선현저우우대조조(P<0.05)。치료조혈장내피소1、일양화담적개선현저우우대조조(P<0.05)。결론단삼동연합아탁벌타정능구현저개선만성신쇠갈환자적신공능,완해림상증상。
Objective To investigate the clinical ef icacy of tanshinone in joint with atorvastatin for treating chronicrenal failure. Methods One hundred patients with chronic renal failure were divided into treatment group and control group. The controls were treated with conventional medication, while the treatment group were given tanshinone and atorvastatin besides the conventional therapy. The total of 250 mL tanshinone 200mg with 0. 9% normal saline was i. d. injected, qd, and 20 mg atorvastatin was oral y administered before sleep, qd. We compared symptoms, renal function, urine protein for 24h and vascular endothelial function between two groups before and after treatment. Results The treatment group improved symptoms, lowered urine protein for 24h significantly compared to the controls ( P<0. 05). And it obviously ameliorated urea nitrogen (Bun), serum creatinine (Scr), endogenous creatinine clearance rate (Ccr) as wel as endothelin 1 ( ET1) and nitric oxide (NO)compared with the controls (P<0. 05). Conclusion The tanshinone synergism with atorvastatin significantly improved the renal function of patients with chronic renal failure and relieve the clinical symptoms.
