医院图书馆是医院的信息保障中心，如何客观定量衡量其文献信息保障水平是业界一直在探索的问题。我们以本院科研人员发表的 SCI论文所附的引文作为研究对象，利用引文分析法，从引文数量，引文来源期刊刊种，本馆馆藏保障比例等方面定量衡量和客观评价图书馆外文期刊文献的保障水平，为图书馆未来的外文期刊资源的引入和建设提供参考和依据。

hospital library is the center of medical information and how to quantitatively and objectively evaluate the coverage level of information resources is one of the main questions in hospitals. In this paper we try to evaluate the coverage level of foreign journals by analyzing data the SCI paper published by 302 hospital personnel, which include the number of citation, source journal analysis, and comparison with foreign journals in library.
