目的:探讨临床上采用超声心电图检查,分析左心结构改变与心电图ptfV1值的关系。方法对我院接收诊断的80例高血压患者资料进行分析,实验中采用日本产Agilent心电图机描对患者进行检测,以及应用APOGEE800彩色脉冲多普勒超声心动描记仪测量患者左心房前后经、左心房心尖四腔短轴径及长径、左心室短轴收缩末和舒张末前后径及横径、左心室收缩末和舒张末心尖四腔长径及左心室后壁、室间隔的厚度和运动幅度,并分析左心结构改变与心电图 ptfV1值的关系。结果94例患者中,V1导联P波正常者16例,PtfV1的绝对值<-0.02mm·s者58例,PtfV1的绝对值<-0.04者mm·s20例。 PtfV1测定值与患者年龄无相关性(P>0.05),而与患者左房前后径、左房横径、左房上下径呈显著负相关(P<0.05)。结论心电图PtfV1值方法简单易行、且可反复动态观察,对判断原发性高血压患者是否合并左心房扩大具有指导意义。

Objective To investigate the clinical use of ultrasound cardiogramanalysis of the relationship between left ventricular structure changes and ECGptfV1 value. Methods 80 cases of patients with hypertension in our hospital received data diagnostic analysis,the Japanese Agilent electrocardiograph were detected in patients with APOGEE800,and the application of color and pulsed Doppler ultrasound Heartbeat tracings before and after left atrial measurement instrument by patients,the left atrial apical four chamber and short axis diameter and length to diameter,left ventricular posterior short shaft end systolic and diastolic Zhang Mo and transverse diameter,left ventricular end systolic and diastolic Zhang Moapical four chamber size and left ventricular posterior wal ,interventricular septal thickness and range of motion,and analyzed the relationship between left ventricular structure changes and ECG ptfV1 value.Results 94 cases,16 cases of P wave in lead V1 of normal subjects,the absolute value of PtfV1<-0.02mm and s in 58 cases,the absolute value of PtfV1<-0.04 mm·S20 cases.Determination of PtfV1 value had no correlation with the age of the patients (P>0.05),and patients with left atrial diameter before and after,Zuo Fangheng,left atrial diameter by diameter showed a significant negative correlation (P<0.05). Conclusion ECGFigure PtfV1 value method is simple and feasible,and can be repeatedly observed,to determine whether the primary hypertension patients with left atrial enlargement has guiding significance.
