目的：探讨中药扶正联合高能超声聚焦刀(HIFU)在晚期胰腺癌的治疗效果。方法回顾分析了近2年晚期胰腺癌住院患者的病例资料，比较治疗前后腹痛症状的改善情况，瘤灶的近期变化，及生存时间。结果中药扶正联合HIFU治疗能够明显改善腹痛症状，有效率为88.89%，疾病控制率为92.86%，均优于对照组(P＜0.05)。生存时间也以治疗组为优(13.20m VS 14.07m，P>0.05)。结论中药扶正联合高能超声聚焦刀是一种治疗晚期胰腺癌的有效手段。
목적：탐토중약부정연합고능초성취초도(HIFU)재만기이선암적치료효과。방법회고분석료근2년만기이선암주원환자적병례자료，비교치료전후복통증상적개선정황，류조적근기변화，급생존시간。결과중약부정연합HIFU치료능구명현개선복통증상，유효솔위88.89%，질병공제솔위92.86%，균우우대조조(P＜0.05)。생존시간야이치료조위우(13.20m VS 14.07m，P>0.05)。결론중약부정연합고능초성취초도시일충치료만기이선암적유효수단。
Objective To explore the ef ect of traditional Chinese medicine (TCM)combined with high intensity focused ultrasound (HIFU)in the treatment of advanced pancreatic cancer. Methods A retrospective analysis of last 2 years of advanced pancreatic cancer patients's clinical outcome, namelythe situation of abdominal pain, the tumor size, and the survival time. Results TCM combined with HIFU therapy could obviously improve the abdominal pain, ef iciency rate was 88.89%, disease control rate was 92.86%, bet er than the control group (P<0.05). The survival time in the treatment group was superior (13.20m VS 14.07m, P>0.05). Conclusion TCM combined with HIFU is an ef ective treatment for advanced pancreatic cancer.
