目的：采用低温等离子消融技术对腺样体再手术病例进行治疗，观察和分析治疗效果。方法耳鼻喉科2010年3月~2012年3月腺样体再手术治疗儿童28例，均于全麻下行低温等离子手术切除腺样体，术后给予金霉素眼膏和呋嘛滴鼻，抗感染治疗，随访2年以上观察疗效和复发情况。结果28例患者中痊愈18例，痊愈率64.29%，有效10例，有效率35.71%，未见无效病例，治疗总有效率100%。随访期间未见复发病例，复发率0%。结论鼻内镜联合低温等离子消融技术应用于腺样体肥大再手术治疗的有效性和安全性。
목적：채용저온등리자소융기술대선양체재수술병례진행치료，관찰화분석치료효과。방법이비후과2010년3월~2012년3월선양체재수술치료인동28례，균우전마하행저온등리자수술절제선양체，술후급여금매소안고화부마적비，항감염치료，수방2년이상관찰료효화복발정황。결과28례환자중전유18례，전유솔64.29%，유효10례，유효솔35.71%，미견무효병례，치료총유효솔100%。수방기간미견복발병례，복발솔0%。결론비내경연합저온등리자소융기술응용우선양체비대재수술치료적유효성화안전성。
Objective To use low temperature plasma melting technology for adenoidectomy cases surgical treatment, observation and analysis of therapeutic ef ect. Methods Otolaryngology in March 2010 to March 2012 adenoidectomy to 28 cases of surgical treatment for children, are in general anesthesia downlink low temperature plasma adenoid body resection, postoperative give aureomycin eye ointment and cefuroxime intranasal, anti-infection treatment, more than 2 years of fol ow-up treatment and relapse. Results 18 cases of 28 cases recovered, the recovery rate of 64.29%, 10 cases were ef ective, ef ective rate was 35.71%, no invalid cases, total ef ective rate 100%. No relapse cases during the fol ow-up period, the recurrence rate was 0%. Conclusion Nasal endoscopy combined low temperature plasma melting technology applied in adenoid hypertrophy and surgical treatment of the ef icacy and safety.
