疾病不仅损伤病人的身体，更间接加重病人思想负担，伤及病人的心理，各种临床病例反复证明，传统心理护理模式在老年内科临床医疗和护理中已呈现出疲软状态，逐渐不能满足病人的康复需求。本文所论述的身心护理正是针对这一问题，从身体和心理两方面共同作用，开拓出的一种新型护理模式，对病人尤其是老年呼吸内科病人康复治疗收效更为明显。

Diseases not only impair the body of patients, but also increase the spirit barden of patients indirectly, resulting in the mental disorder ,however, traditional mental nursing mode show lower efficacy to cope with the mental disorders nowadays ,especial y in elderly patients. As discussing in the article ,we used both physical and mental nursing methods to treat elderly patients with organic diseases and accompanied mental stress, and our results proved that this new nursing care mode was move effective to the therapy and rehabilitation in elderly patients.
