目的建立十一味活血酊中血竭素的含量测定方法。方法采用HPLC法，Shim Pack ODS柱(250×4.6mm，5μm)，乙腈一0.05mol/L磷酸二氢钠溶液(50：50)为流动相，检测波长440nm。结果血竭素在0.9912～5.9472μg/ml范围内浓度与峰面积积分值呈良好的线性关系，r=0.9997(n=6)。平均回收率97.81%，RSD 0.96%。结论本法简便、灵敏、准确，可用于十一味活血酊的质量控制。

목적건립십일미활혈정중혈갈소적함량측정방법。방법채용HPLC법，Shim Pack ODS주(250×4.6mm，5μm)，을정일0.05mol/L린산이경납용액(50：50)위류동상，검측파장440nm。결과혈갈소재0.9912～5.9472μg/ml범위내농도여봉면적적분치정량호적선성관계，r=0.9997(n=6)。평균회수솔97.81%，RSD 0.96%。결론본법간편、령민、준학，가용우십일미활혈정적질량공제。
Objective:To establish a method for the determination of dracorhodin in Shiyiweihuoxue tincture. Methods:HPLC method was used in the quantitative analysis using a Shim Pack ODS (250×4.6mm,5μm) column. The mobile phase was acetonitrile-0.05mol/ Sodium dihydrogen phosphate solution(50:50) and detecting wavelength was 440 nm. Results:The calibration curve was linear in the range of 0.991~5.947μg/ml for dracorhodin (r=0.9997,n=6). The average recovery was 97.81% and RSD was 0.96%. Conclusion:This method was simple, sensitive, accurate and available for the quality control of Shiyiweihuoxue tincture.
