目的观察云南白药与湿润烧伤膏分别配合红外线治疗仪治疗肺结核患者Ⅲ期以上压疮的临床疗效。方法将24例（37处)压疮患者分为观察组12例(19处)和对照组12例（18处）。观察组用云南白药粉干敷创面，与对照组用湿润烧伤膏湿敷创面进行比较研究。结果观察组愈合率58.3％，平均愈合时间为12.31d，总有效率100%。对照组愈合率25.0％，平均愈合时间为18.02d，总有效率83.3%。两组比较差异有统计学意义（P<0.05）。结论云南白药配合红外线治疗仪治疗压疮疗效好，疗程短，显著减轻患者痛苦和经济负担。
목적관찰운남백약여습윤소상고분별배합홍외선치료의치료폐결핵환자Ⅲ기이상압창적림상료효。방법장24례（37처)압창환자분위관찰조12례(19처)화대조조12례（18처）。관찰조용운남백약분간부창면，여대조조용습윤소상고습부창면진행비교연구。결과관찰조유합솔58.3％，평균유합시간위12.31d，총유효솔100%。대조조유합솔25.0％，평균유합시간위18.02d，총유효솔83.3%。량조비교차이유통계학의의（P<0.05）。결론운남백약배합홍외선치료의치료압창료효호，료정단，현저감경환자통고화경제부담。
Objective Observed for clinical efficacy of Yunnanbaiyao and moist exposed burn ointment(MEBO) with infrared therapy device in the treatment for more than Ⅲpressure ulcer(PU) of TB patients. Methods In 24 cases (37 parts) PU patients were divided into the observation group 12 cases (19 parts) and a control group of 12 patients (18 parts).The observation group with Yunnan white powder dry compress, and the control group with MEBO wet compress undertakes comparative study.Results Healing rate of 58.3% in the observation group, the average healing time was 12.31 day, the total efficiency of 100%.And Healing rate of 25.0% in the control group,the average healing time was 18.02 day,the total efficiency of 83.3% (P<0.05).Conclusion Yunnanbaiyao with infrared therapy device is effec- tive treatment of PU,Short course,Significantly reduce patient suffering and economic burdens.
