分析小儿腹型过敏性紫癜的误诊原因，对1例腹型过敏性紫癜病儿的临床表现、误诊疾病、误诊原因进行分析回顾，此病认识不足及查体小细是误诊的主要原因，对儿童急性腹痛需详细采集病史，全面体格检查，密切观察症状及体征变化，以提高诊断率，减少误诊。
分析小兒腹型過敏性紫癜的誤診原因，對1例腹型過敏性紫癜病兒的臨床錶現、誤診疾病、誤診原因進行分析迴顧，此病認識不足及查體小細是誤診的主要原因，對兒童急性腹痛需詳細採集病史，全麵體格檢查，密切觀察癥狀及體徵變化，以提高診斷率，減少誤診。
분석소인복형과민성자전적오진원인，대1례복형과민성자전병인적림상표현、오진질병、오진원인진행분석회고，차병인식불족급사체소세시오진적주요원인，대인동급성복통수상세채집병사，전면체격검사，밀절관찰증상급체정변화，이제고진단솔，감소오진。
