针对热加工领域生产过程中的调度问题,提出了一种可以有效优化生产节奏,提升生产效率的生产调度算法。热加工艺生产流程涵盖均热升温、机加变型、热处理等多个子工序,工序间联系紧密且存在一对多的批处理问题,传统热加企业通常使用的人工调度方法由于缺乏对于生产组织的统筹规划及精细化处理,导致生产效率偏低。针对上述问题,通过分析生产调度过程中的瓶颈环节,通过上推/下拉的方式将调度问题进行扩展,提出了一种遗传算法结合启发式规则解决热加工艺生产调度问题的算法。通过对实际生产验算,证明了改进方法的可行性和有效性。

This paper investigated and suggested a production scheduling algorithm which can optimize production rhythm and improve production efficiency effectively in hot working production process. Hot working production process consists of a lot of sub-processes such as heating, machining variants, thermal treatment, and etc. The prob-lems of close ties and 1-n batch exist in the sub-processes. Now most hot working enterprises use artificial schedu-ling in production process which lacks of overall planning for production organization and fine processing, resulting decline in production efficiency. To solve this problem, base on the analysis of bottleneck part in production schedu-ling process, through a push/pull approach to expansion the scheduling problem, we proposed a genetic algorithm combined with heuristic rules to solve hot working production scheduling problem. Experiments with actual production data show that the proposed method is feasible and effective.
