目的：观察低温等离子射频消融术治疗颈性眩晕的临床疗效。方法2010-01-2014-02应用经皮低温等离子消融髓核成形术治疗颈性眩晕病人51例，通过数字评分法（NRS）评价眩晕及伴随交感症状的改善情况，应用改良Macnab评价标准进行优良率和有效率评估。结果术后即刻及末次随访时，其中47例治疗后患者眩晕症状及伴随交感症状明显缓解，平均NRS评分较术前明显下降（P＜0.01）。结论低温等离子消融髓核成形术对治疗颈性眩晕不仅创伤小、安全性高，而且临床疗效满意。
목적：관찰저온등리자사빈소융술치료경성현훈적림상료효。방법2010-01-2014-02응용경피저온등리자소융수핵성형술치료경성현훈병인51례，통과수자평분법（NRS）평개현훈급반수교감증상적개선정황，응용개량Macnab평개표준진행우량솔화유효솔평고。결과술후즉각급말차수방시，기중47례치료후환자현훈증상급반수교감증상명현완해，평균NRS평분교술전명현하강（P＜0.01）。결론저온등리자소융수핵성형술대치료경성현훈불부창상소、안전성고，이차림상료효만의。
Objective To observe the effect of percutaneous cervical nucleoplasty (PCN) in treating cervical vertigo. Methods Fifty-one patients with cervical vertigo were treated by PCN in our hospital from January 2010 to February 2014,the improvement of vertigo and sympathetic symptoms were evaluated according to the numeric rating scale(NRS) and the modified Macnab e-valuation criterion after surgery. Results The vertigo and sympathetic symptoms of 47 patients were relieved immediately after surgery and at the final follow-up,the NRS score of vertigo symptom at the final follow-up was significantly reduced(P<0.01). Conclusion The PCN is a kind of safe and efficacious minimally invasive surgical technique for cervical vertigo.
