目的：：观察免疫球蛋白对早期老年性格林-巴利综合征的临床治疗效果，寻找更为合适的临床治疗方式。方法：26例老年性格林-巴利综合征患者随机分为观察组和对照组，每组各13例，观察组患者给予大剂量免疫球蛋白治疗，对照组给予地塞米松冲击治疗，同时两组患者均给与维生素B族、改善血液循环、营养神经及对症支持基础治疗。治疗20天后观察两组患者的肌力恢复情况。结果：观察组患者的临床有效率(84.6%)明显高于对照组(53.8%)，且具有统计学意义( P<0.05)。结论：免疫球蛋白治疗早期老年性格林-巴利综合征的临床疗效明显优于激素冲击治疗，且不良反应较小，安全性较高，是目前治疗该病的首选治疗措施。
목적：：관찰면역구단백대조기노년성격림-파리종합정적림상치료효과，심조경위합괄적림상치료방식。방법：26례노년성격림-파리종합정환자수궤분위관찰조화대조조，매조각13례，관찰조환자급여대제량면역구단백치료，대조조급여지새미송충격치료，동시량조환자균급여유생소B족、개선혈액순배、영양신경급대증지지기출치료。치료20천후관찰량조환자적기력회복정황。결과：관찰조환자적림상유효솔(84.6%)명현고우대조조(53.8%)，차구유통계학의의( P<0.05)。결론：면역구단백치료조기노년성격림-파리종합정적림상료효명현우우격소충격치료，차불량반응교소，안전성교고，시목전치료해병적수선치료조시。
Objective: To observe the immune globulin for early clinical therapeutic effects of senile guilain-barre syndrome, to find a more suitable way of clinical treatment. Methods: 26 cases of senile patients with guilain-barre syndrome were randomly divided into obser-vation group and control group, each group of 13 cases of observation group was treated with high-dose immunoglobulin, the control group given dexamethasone impact treatment, at the same time two groups of patients were given vitamin B group, improve blood circulation, nutrition and suit the support base treatment. Treatment in 20 days observing two groups of patients with muscle recovery. Results: the observation group of patients with clinical efficient (84.6%) is significantly higher than the control group (53.8%), with statistical significance (P< 0.05). Conclusion: the treatment of early senile guilain-barre syndrome clinical curative effect was better than hormone shock therapy, and less adverse reaction, high security, is the preferred treatment for the treatment of the disease.
