The improvement of the teaching proficiency of college teachers, especially youth teachers, is the guarantee of college teaching quality, and the key elements of realizing colleges' sus-tainable development. Taking the Center for Teachers' Teaching Development of Zhejiang University for an example, this paper concretely interprets the methods and approaches of improving youth teachers' teaching proficiency, and proposes suggestions for further work.
