目的宫糜托联合LEEP刀治疗中重度宫颈糜烂的疗效观察。方法选取我院中、重度宫颈糜烂患者200例，采用随机数字表法分为两组。联合组(LEEP刀联合宫糜托治疗)，对照组(单用LEEP刀治疗)，每组100例，进行疗效比较结果联合组与对照组在术后阴道清洁度、出血时间、治愈时间、阴道排液及出血量等方面比较，差异有显著性。结论宫糜托联合LEEP刀治疗治疗中重度宫颈糜烂安全有效，副反应小，恢复快，值得临床广泛推广应用。
목적궁미탁연합LEEP도치료중중도궁경미란적료효관찰。방법선취아원중、중도궁경미란환자200례，채용수궤수자표법분위량조。연합조(LEEP도연합궁미탁치료)，대조조(단용LEEP도치료)，매조100례，진행료효비교결과연합조여대조조재술후음도청길도、출혈시간、치유시간、음도배액급출혈량등방면비교，차이유현저성。결론궁미탁연합LEEP도치료치료중중도궁경미란안전유효，부반응소，회복쾌，치득림상엄범추엄응용。
Objective: To observe the effect of vaginitis support combined with LEEP knife in the treatment of severe cervical erosion. Methods: in our hospital, patients with severe cervical erosion in 200 cases, were randomly divided into two groups. The combined group (LEEP knife combined supporting treatment of vaginitis), control group (treated with LEEP knife), 100 cases in each group, curative effect was compared. Results: compared with the group and the control group at postoperative vaginal cleanliness, bleeding time, healing time, vaginal discharge and the amount of bleeding and other aspects, there were significant differences. Conclusion: vaginitis support combined with LEEP knife treatment in the treatment of moderate and severe cervical erosion is safe and effective, less side reaction, quick recovery, is worthy of extensive promotion and application.
