目的讨论除湿止痒洗液治疗婴幼儿湿疹的临床疗效。方法将266例婴幼儿湿疹患儿随机分为治疗组166例和对照组100例，治疗组采用除湿止痒洗液治疗，对照组采用醋酸氟轻松乳膏治疗。结果治疗组和对照组总有效率无显著性差异，治疗组与对照组复发率存在显著性差异。结论除湿止痒洗液治疗婴幼儿湿疹疗效显著且复发率低，副作用少宜推广应用。
목적토론제습지양세액치료영유인습진적림상료효。방법장266례영유인습진환인수궤분위치료조166례화대조조100례，치료조채용제습지양세액치료，대조조채용작산불경송유고치료。결과치료조화대조조총유효솔무현저성차이，치료조여대조조복발솔존재현저성차이。결론제습지양세액치료영유인습진료효현저차복발솔저，부작용소의추엄응용。
Objective To discuss the clinical efficacy of infantile eczema cured by the lotion of Removing dampness to relieve itching .Methods 266 cases of Infantile eczema were divided into two groups randomly,166 cases in treatment group and 100 cases in control group. Treatment group were cured by the lotion of Removing dampness to relieve itching (Chushi zhiyang lotion) and control group were cured by Fluocinonide cream. Results The total clinical efficacy has no significant statistic difference between the two groups. The recurrence rate has markedly significant statistic difference between the two groups. Conclusion It should used with extension application because of the clinical efficacy of the lotion of removing dampness to relieve itching (Chushi zhiyang lotion) was so bril iant and the recurrence rate of it was so low, and the side effect of it was so little.
