目的评价双氯芬酸钠栓治疗Ⅲ型慢性前列腺炎（CP）的有效性和安全性。材料与方法62例Ⅲ型CP患者随机分为两组，A组双氯芬酸钠栓剂纳肛治疗，B组安慰剂纳肛治疗，疗程3周。比较两组治疗前后EPS和NIH-CPSI变化。结果 A组各项指标下降显著大于B组。A组有效率为86.1%而B组有效率为16.1%。治疗期间无严重不良事件发生。结论双氯芬酸钠栓治疗Ⅲ型慢性前列腺炎有效、安全。
목적평개쌍록분산납전치료Ⅲ형만성전렬선염（CP）적유효성화안전성。재료여방법62례Ⅲ형CP환자수궤분위량조，A조쌍록분산납전제납항치료，B조안위제납항치료，료정3주。비교량조치료전후EPS화NIH-CPSI변화。결과 A조각항지표하강현저대우B조。A조유효솔위86.1%이B조유효솔위16.1%。치료기간무엄중불량사건발생。결론쌍록분산납전치료Ⅲ형만성전렬선염유효、안전。
Objective To evaluate the efficacy and safety of diclofenac sodium suppository(DS) in the treatment of type Ⅲ chronic prostatitis(CP).Meterials and methods 62 patients with type Ⅲ CP were randomly divided into 2 groups: group A treated with DS while group with placebo, both for 3 weeks. Changes of pre-treatment and post-treatment EPS regular test and NIH-CPSI were assessed to compare the difference between the two groups. Results The decrease of mean number of WBC in EPS and the mean NIH-CPSI total scores in group A were significantly greater than those in group B. No serious adverse events were observed. The total effective rate were 80% in group A and 15 in group B, respectively. Conclusion Diclofenac sodium suppository is effective and safe in the therapy of type Ⅲ chronic prostatitis.
