目的了解我院门诊处方抗菌药物不合理应用情况。方法对我院2012年全年抽查的门诊处方4433张，从抗菌药物处方张数，不合理应用的抗菌药物类别进行回顾性统计分析。结果782张处方使用了抗菌药物，其中不合理用药处方有65张，其中以选药不合理最多，占56.9%。结论抗菌药物管理取得初步成效，但仍存在一些问题，需要进一步改进。

목적료해아원문진처방항균약물불합리응용정황。방법대아원2012년전년추사적문진처방4433장，종항균약물처방장수，불합리응용적항균약물유별진행회고성통계분석。결과782장처방사용료항균약물，기중불합리용약처방유65장，기중이선약불합리최다，점56.9%。결론항균약물관리취득초보성효，단잉존재일사문제，수요진일보개진。
Objective:To investigate the situation of unreasonable application of antibiotic of outpatient prescriptions in our hospital.Methods:Extraction of 4433 outpatient prescriptions,and to discuss from the number of antibiotic prescriptions and the category of unreasonable application of antibiotic. Result:there are 782 prescriptions use antibiotic,including 65 prescriptions unreasonable drug,and the chosen unreasonable medicine is the most,accounting for 56.9%. Conclusion:The improvement measures of antibiotics achieved initial results in our hospital,but there were some problems remained to be tackled.
