目的考察注射用盐酸米托蒽醌与葡萄糖和氯化钠配伍后的光学稳定性,为临床合理用药提供参考依据。方法分别在遮光、日光灯和较弱的散射光下,采用HPLC法测定溶液中注射用盐酸米托蒽醌的含量,测定溶液的PH值,定时观察溶液的外观颜色。结果注射用盐酸米托蒽醌与葡萄糖和氯化钠配伍后,在3组不同光照条件下,含量、pH值和外观颜色在8 h内均无明显变化。结论注射用盐酸米托蒽醌与葡萄糖和氯化钠配伍后8h内不必采取避光操作。

목적고찰주사용염산미탁은곤여포도당화록화납배오후적광학은정성,위림상합리용약제공삼고의거。방법분별재차광、일광등화교약적산사광하,채용HPLC법측정용액중주사용염산미탁은곤적함량,측정용액적PH치,정시관찰용액적외관안색。결과주사용염산미탁은곤여포도당화록화납배오후,재3조불동광조조건하,함량、pH치화외관안색재8 h내균무명현변화。결론주사용염산미탁은곤여포도당화록화납배오후8h내불필채취피광조작。
Objective To study the optical stabilities of compatibility Mitoxantrone Hydrochloride for injection with two common solvents, and thus provide an evidence for using reasonable compound preparation in clinical use. Methods The contents of Mitoxantrone Hydrochloride for injection were determined by HPLC at shading, daylight lamp,the weaker scattering the light, and the pH value was detected, the color was observed at regular time.Results There were no obvious changes in appearance,pH value,and also no significant changes in the contents of Mitoxantrone Hydrochloride for injection in 8h under 3 groups of different light conditions. Conclusion Mitoxantrone Hydrochloride for injection is stable in 8h after mixing with 5% glucose injection and 0.9% sodium chloride injection , no need to avoid light operation.
