目的探讨米诺地尔对于维持性血液透析（MHD）患者的顽固性高血压的降压效果。方法35例血液透析伴顽固性高血压患者服用常规降压药效果不理想，加服米诺地尔(2.5-5.0m g ,每天两次)六个月，分别在不同时期观察其降压效果及其副作用。结果服用米诺地尔六个月后，35例顽固性高血压病人的血压得到有效改善，并且其副作用例如多毛、皮肤黝黑尚可接受。结论米诺地尔作为一种强效血管扩张剂，可以有效控制MHD患者的顽固性高血压。
목적탐토미낙지이대우유지성혈액투석（MHD）환자적완고성고혈압적강압효과。방법35례혈액투석반완고성고혈압환자복용상규강압약효과불이상，가복미낙지이(2.5-5.0m g ,매천량차)륙개월，분별재불동시기관찰기강압효과급기부작용。결과복용미낙지이륙개월후，35례완고성고혈압병인적혈압득도유효개선，병차기부작용례여다모、피부유흑상가접수。결론미낙지이작위일충강효혈관확장제，가이유효공제MHD환자적완고성고혈압。
Objective: To investigate the effect of minoxidil on maintenance hemodialysis patients with severe hypertension .Methods:Minoxidil was given to 37 regular hemodialysis patients with severe hypertension uncontrol able with currently available drugs. Assaying the key efficacy on controling blood pressure and side-effect after adding minoxidil in doses of 2.5 to 5 mg twice daily to their prior therapy for six month.Results:The long-time treatment resulted in satisfactory control of blood pressure in al patients. Side effects such as hypertrichosis and dark skin resulting from minoxidil were acceptable.Conclusion:Minoxidil, a new vasodilator antihypertensive compound, appears to provide a means for control ing blood pressure in maintenance hemodialysis patients with severe hypertension resistant to al other antihypertensive drugs.
