目的观察欣母沛(卡前列素氨丁三醇)治疗难治性宫缩乏力性产后出血的临床效果。方法对我院产科住院分娩因子宫收缩乏力导致产后出血的产妇,并排除有哮喘、有活动性心肺肝肾疾病、急性盆腔炎的患者,随机选择60例采用缩宫素+欣母沛治疗作为观察组,60例采用缩宫素+米索前列醇治疗作为对照组,比较两组药物引发子宫收缩的强弱及产后出血量。结果观察组子宫收缩强烈而持久,产后出血量减少,治疗效果明显优于对照组,避免了产妇因出血不止而行治疗性子宫切除的痛苦。结论欣母沛治疗难治性宫缩乏力性产后出血效果显著,方法简便,可有效防止宫缩乏力性产后出血的进一步加重。

목적관찰흔모패(잡전렬소안정삼순)치료난치성궁축핍력성산후출혈적림상효과。방법대아원산과주원분면인자궁수축핍력도치산후출혈적산부,병배제유효천、유활동성심폐간신질병、급성분강염적환자,수궤선택60례채용축궁소+흔모패치료작위관찰조,60례채용축궁소+미색전렬순치료작위대조조,비교량조약물인발자궁수축적강약급산후출혈량。결과관찰조자궁수축강렬이지구,산후출혈량감소,치료효과명현우우대조조,피면료산부인출혈불지이행치료성자궁절제적통고。결론흔모패치료난치성궁축핍력성산후출혈효과현저,방법간편,가유효방지궁축핍력성산후출혈적진일보가중。
Object: To observe the clinical effect of hemabate for control ing atonie postpartum hemorrhage(carboprost ammonia butyl alcohol three).Methods:In our hospital obstetric hospital delivery caused by uterine atony postpartum hemorrhage due to maternal, and get rid of patients with asthma, activities of heart and lung disease, acute pelvic inflammatory disease. Randomly selected 60 cases used oxytocin + hemabate treatment as the observation group, 60 cases of the use of oxytocin, misoprostol treatment as control group, Comparison of two groups of drugs causing strength and postpartum uterus bleeding.Results:The observation group oxytocin + hemabate, Uterine contraction strong and lasting, the amount of postpartum hemorrhage is reduce.The treatment effect was better than the control group.To avoid maternal bleed and cervical cancer pain treatment.Conclusion:Hema-bate is very effective for treatment of atonic postpartum hemorrhage.The method is simple.It Can effectively prevent further aggravate the postpartum hemorrhage caused by uterine inertia.
