目的对比利培酮口服液与奥氮平治疗脑器质性精神障碍的临床疗效及安全性。方法将120例脑器质性精神障碍患者随机均分为利培酮组与奥氮平组。两组患者分别给予利培酮或奥氮平治疗。治疗4周后评价临床疗效及不良反应。结果利培酮组总有效率（68.33%）与奥氮平组总有效率（63.33%）间无显著差异(P>0.05)。利培酮组出现锥体外系反应比率(33.33%)高于奥氮平组(16.67%)(P<0.05)；奥氮平组在体重增加(28.33%)及嗜睡症状(20.00%)上发生率均高于利培酮组(8.33%与6.67%)(P<0.05)。结论两种药物在临床疗效上差异较小而不良反应种类有所差异，应根据患者实际情况选择合适的药物。

Objective To compare the clinical effect and security of risperidone oral liquid and olanzapine in the treatment of cerebral organic mental. Methods To divided 120 cases of cerebral organic mental disorders into the risperidone group and olanzapine group. Patients inthe two groups were given risperidone or olanzapine. Evaluate the clinical effect and security after 4 weeks’treatment. Results There was no obvious difference between the total effective rate f risperidone group (68.33%) and planzapine group (63.33%)(P>0.05). Extrapyramidal symptoms rate in the risperidone group (33.33%) was higher than that in the olanzapine group (16.67%)(P<0.05). Olanzapine group had higher rate of weight gain (28.33%) and somnolence (20.00%) than those in the risperidone group (8.33%and 6.67%)(P<0.05). Conclusion There is little difference of clinical effect between the two drugs when their types of adverse reaction are different. It should be choose the right drug according to the condition of the patients.
