The role of the special fixture was outlined,and the special fixture for fast machining center hole on lathe was de-signed.The workpiece clamping could be fully achieved with the fixture by the clamping force checking.The structure and method of using this fixture were described,and its processing advantages were analyzed.This fixture has a simple structure,wide application and reliable clamping,and labor intensity is reduced,productivity is improved.So it has strong effect of human nature,and the pur-pose of reducing production cost is achieved.
