压裂施工时,支撑剂一般靠较高黏度的常规聚合物压裂液运输,管流摩阻高;低浓度降阻剂压裂液管流摩阻低,携砂能力也较低;含有纤维的低浓度降阻剂压裂液能显著提高支撑剂的输送能力,且能降低管流摩阻。在不改变压裂液性能的前提下,通过室内试验,优选出最佳降阻剂浓度下最佳纤维浓度的压裂液,不仅可以降低成本,而且其降阻效果比最佳降阻剂浓度压裂液更好、携砂能力更强。

In the construction of fracturing, the proppant is transported by high viscosity conventional polymer fracturing fluid in general with high pipe flow friction resistance. While if the proppant is transported by low concentration friction reducer fracturing fluid, although the pipe flow friction resistance is low, its capacity of carrying proppant is also low. By contrast, the low fibrous con-centration fracturing fluid can not just improve the capacity of carrying proppant, but also reduce the pipe flow friction resistance of fracturing fluid. In the premise of not changing the performance of fracturing fluid, results of indoor experiments showed that optimi-zation of optimum fibrous concentration fracturing fluid under optimum friction reducer concentration not only can reduce the cost, but its resistance reducing effect and capacity of carrying proppant is better than those without fibre.
