针对水平井产出液含水量较高的现状,选择了一种新型的笼统挤注化学堵水剂--活化油堵剂,并对活化油的堵水性能进行了研究。为提高活化油的耐温耐盐性能,确定使用非离子-阴离子复配乳化剂作为活化油用乳化体系,并筛选出最佳乳化体系为2%MZ-18+3%BH-12。室内实验证明,由该活化油制得的乳状液具有较高的黏度和热稳定性。物理模拟实验表明该活化油体系具有较好的堵水性能、耐冲刷性能和油水选择性封堵性能。现场试验表明,该笼统挤注化学堵水技术能显著降低含水率,提高水平井的产油量,起到降水增油的作用。

For the current situation that horizontal wells have high water cut in production fluid, this paper selected a new chemical commingled water injection chemical block agent--activated oil block agent, and studied its water plugging performance. To im-prove the performance of temperature resistance and salinity tolerance of activated oil, a nonionic-anionic compound emulsifier was determined as the emulsification system, and 2%MZ-18+3%BH-12 was screened out as the optimum emulsification system. Laboratory experiments proved that W/O emulsion made by activated oil had a high viscosity as well as thermal stability. Physical simulation experiments proved that this activated oil system had superior water slugging performance, flushing resistance perfor-mance and oil/water excellent selective plugging performance. Field tests showed that this chemical water plugging technology by injection without zonal isolation could decrease the water cut of production fluid and increase the oil production greatly.
