语言是一种体现交际功能的特殊的社会现象，一国国势的盛与衰与其语言国际传播的断或续存在着必然的因果关系。全球化形势下汉语国际化，有赖于中国文化主流价值观全球性认同的获得，以及汉语与其他语言互际化的实现。

Language is a special social phenomenon reflecting the communicative function, in which exists the inevitable causal relationship between a country’s rise or decline and the suspension or continuation of its lan-guage’s international communication. In the context of globalization, the internationalization of the Chinese language depends on the achievement of Chinese culture’s mainstream values for the global identity, as well as the realization of mutual border of the Chinese language with other languages.
