目的探讨血管紧张素受体拮抗剂对大鼠急性胰腺炎( AP)的保护作用。方法40只Wistar大鼠随机分为对照组和AP组,AP组分为模型组和高中低剂量组。测定血浆血管紧张素Ⅱ( AngⅡ)、淀粉酶(AMY)水平,观察胰腺组织病理学改变;采用异硫氰酸荧光素标记红细胞(FITC-RBC)技术及微循环观测系统观察大鼠胰腺微循环血液流速。结果随着病变的进展,AP组胰腺炎病理由水肿向出血坏死发展,AngⅡ、AMY同步上升,胰腺局部组织血液流速降低。中剂量厄贝沙坦干预组则胰腺炎病理改变减轻,胰腺局部组织血液流速改善,且血浆 AngⅡ、AMY 水平低于模型组,其他剂量组之间各指标差异无统计学意义。结论血管紧张素受体拮抗剂对AP时胰腺微循环有明显的改善作用。
目的探討血管緊張素受體拮抗劑對大鼠急性胰腺炎( AP)的保護作用。方法40隻Wistar大鼠隨機分為對照組和AP組,AP組分為模型組和高中低劑量組。測定血漿血管緊張素Ⅱ( AngⅡ)、澱粉酶(AMY)水平,觀察胰腺組織病理學改變;採用異硫氰痠熒光素標記紅細胞(FITC-RBC)技術及微循環觀測繫統觀察大鼠胰腺微循環血液流速。結果隨著病變的進展,AP組胰腺炎病理由水腫嚮齣血壞死髮展,AngⅡ、AMY同步上升,胰腺跼部組織血液流速降低。中劑量阨貝沙坦榦預組則胰腺炎病理改變減輕,胰腺跼部組織血液流速改善,且血漿 AngⅡ、AMY 水平低于模型組,其他劑量組之間各指標差異無統計學意義。結論血管緊張素受體拮抗劑對AP時胰腺微循環有明顯的改善作用。
목적탐토혈관긴장소수체길항제대대서급성이선염( AP)적보호작용。방법40지Wistar대서수궤분위대조조화AP조,AP조분위모형조화고중저제량조。측정혈장혈관긴장소Ⅱ( AngⅡ)、정분매(AMY)수평,관찰이선조직병이학개변;채용이류청산형광소표기홍세포(FITC-RBC)기술급미순배관측계통관찰대서이선미순배혈액류속。결과수착병변적진전,AP조이선염병이유수종향출혈배사발전,AngⅡ、AMY동보상승,이선국부조직혈액류속강저。중제량액패사탄간예조칙이선염병리개변감경,이선국부조직혈액류속개선,차혈장 AngⅡ、AMY 수평저우모형조,기타제량조지간각지표차이무통계학의의。결론혈관긴장소수체길항제대AP시이선미순배유명현적개선작용。
Objective To explore the angiotensin receptor antagonist protective effect on rat acute pancreatitis(AP).Methods Forty Wistar rats were randomly divided into control group and group with AP ,AP group was divided into model group and high school low-dose group .Determination of plasma angiotensin Ⅱ ( AngⅡ) ,amylase ( AMY ) levels were observed histopathological changes of the pancreas;fluorescein isothiocyanate-labeled red blood cells ( FITC-RBC) technology and micro-circulation observing system observed in rat pancreatic microcirculation blood flow .Results As the lesions progress , in AP groups pancreatitis disease grounds edema to hemorrhage and necrosis development ,AngⅡ,AMY had been rising ,pancreatic tissue blood flow rate decreases .Dose irbesartan intervention group pancreatitis alleviate the pathological changes of pancreatic tissue blood flow improved , and plasma AngⅡ,AMY level lower than the model group ,each index showed no significant difference between the other dose groups .Conclusions Angiotensin receptor antagonist significantly improve pancreatic microcirculation in AP.
