目的分析DEC1在胰腺癌组织中的表达及其与临床病理因素间的关系。方法采用免疫组化方法检测DEC1以及HIF-1α在68例胰腺管状腺癌中的表达情况。结果胰腺管状腺癌中DEC1的表达明显高于正常胰腺组织中DEC1的表达。在68例胰腺管状腺癌中，DEC1的阳性表达与胰腺管状腺癌的淋巴结转移（P＝0.016）、TNM分期（P＝0.006）以及HIF-1α（P＝0.046）的表达呈负相关。另外，DEC1在高TNM分期的胰腺管状腺癌中出现表达缺失并与不良预后相关（ P＜0.001）。结论胰腺管状腺癌中DEC1的表达缺失与淋巴结转移和肿瘤的TNM分期及不良预后相关。

Objective To investigate the expression and correlation of DEC 1 in pancreatic cancers , and analyze their relationships with the clinicalpathological parameters of pancreatic adenocarcinomas .Methods The expression patterns and levels of DEC 1 and HIF-1αwere examined using immunohistochemistry in 68 pancreatic adenocarcinoma tissue samples .Results The average positive rate of DEC 1 was increased significantly in pancratic adenocarcinomas than those in normal pancreatic tissues .The nuclear expression of DEC 1 was negatively correlated with the lymphatic metastasis ( P=0.016 ) ,TNM stage ( P=0.006 ) and HIF-1αexpression ( P=0.046 ) .We found that loss of DEC1 was observed in patients with high TNM stage and correlated with poor prognosis ( P<0.001 ) . Conclusions The nuclear expression of DEC 1 was correlated with the lymphatic metastasis , TNM stage and poor prognosis .
