目的探讨p120连环蛋白（ p120ctn）亚型1在非小细胞肺癌（ non-small cell lung cancer ， NSCLC）的表达及与临床病理因素，E-cadherin表达之间的关系。方法采用免疫组织化学S-P法检测94例NSCLC及相应癌旁正常肺组织中p120ctn亚型1和E-cadherin的表达。结果免疫组化结果显示p120亚型1在正常支气管上皮细胞中表达阳性率为16.0％（15/94），其在NSCLC组织中表达阳性率为46.8％（44/94），差异具有统计学意义（P＜0.01）。无淋巴结转移组中p120ctn亚型1阳性率35.2％（19/54）显著低于淋巴结转移组62.5％（25/40，P＜0.05）。Ⅰ、Ⅱ期NSCLC患者p120ctn亚型1表达阳性率为40.6％（28/69），显著低于其在Ⅲ、Ⅳ期患者肿瘤细胞的亚型1阳性率[64.0％（16/25）， P＜0.05]。 E-cadherin 的表达与NSCLC各临床病理因素均无关（ P＞0.05）。 Spearman相关性分析发现，NSCLC中p120 ctn亚型1的表达与E-cadherin的异常表达具有相关性（ r＝0.286，P＜0.05）。结论 p120 ctn亚型1在NSCLC组织中的表达显著高于正常肺组织，并且其表达与NSLCL的TNM分期及淋巴结转移相关。 p120 ctn亚型1的表达与E-cadherin的异常表达具有相关性。

목적탐토p120련배단백（ p120ctn）아형1재비소세포폐암（ non-small cell lung cancer ， NSCLC）적표체급여림상병리인소，E-cadherin표체지간적관계。방법채용면역조직화학S-P법검측94례NSCLC급상응암방정상폐조직중p120ctn아형1화E-cadherin적표체。결과면역조화결과현시p120아형1재정상지기관상피세포중표체양성솔위16.0％（15/94），기재NSCLC조직중표체양성솔위46.8％（44/94），차이구유통계학의의（P＜0.01）。무림파결전이조중p120ctn아형1양성솔35.2％（19/54）현저저우림파결전이조62.5％（25/40，P＜0.05）。Ⅰ、Ⅱ기NSCLC환자p120ctn아형1표체양성솔위40.6％（28/69），현저저우기재Ⅲ、Ⅳ기환자종류세포적아형1양성솔[64.0％（16/25）， P＜0.05]。 E-cadherin 적표체여NSCLC각림상병리인소균무관（ P＞0.05）。 Spearman상관성분석발현，NSCLC중p120 ctn아형1적표체여E-cadherin적이상표체구유상관성（ r＝0.286，P＜0.05）。결론 p120 ctn아형1재NSCLC조직중적표체현저고우정상폐조직，병차기표체여NSLCL적TNM분기급림파결전이상관。 p120 ctn아형1적표체여E-cadherin적이상표체구유상관성。
Objective To investigate the expression and correlation of p 120ctn isoform 1 and E-cadherin in non-small cell lung cancer ( NSCLC ) , and analyze their relationships with the clinicopathological parameters of NSCLC.Methods The expression of p120ctn isoform 1 and E-cadherin were examined in 94 NSCLC tissues by immunohistochemistry method .Results The immunohistochemistry results showed that the positive expression rate of p120ctn isoform 1 in NSCLC was 46.8%(44/94),much higher than that in normal lung tissues (16.0%,23/94)(P<0.01).The expression of p120ctn isoform 1 in NSCLC was positively correlated with lymphatic metastasis and higher TNM stage ( P <0.05 ) .There wsas no correlation between the expression of E-cadherin and clinicopathological factors ( P>0.05 ) .Spearman′s results showed that the positive expression of p 120 ctn isoform 1 was correlated with abnormal expression of E-cadherin ( r =0.286 , P <0.05 ) .Conclusions The expression of p120 ctn isoform is significantly up-regulated in NSCLC ,and positively correlated with lymphatic metastasis and higher TNM stage.The expression of p120ctn isoform 1 is correlated with abnormal expression of E-cadherin.
