针对不同类型的矿用汽车为消声器的预留空间不同,分别讨论长径比、扩张比、穿孔率、内插管长等参数对抗性消声器的选型影响。利用SIDLAB软件对各参数组合下的抗性消声器的传递损失和压力损失分别进行计算。研究表明:上述参数的变化对最大消声量、去除通过频率都有较大影响,穿孔管消声器能够达到理想的消声效果,当一端内插扩张腔长度的1/2,另一端内插1/4时,效果最佳。针对某290 t矿用汽车为消声器的预留空间的特点,通过压力损失和传递损失比较,为该矿用汽车设计了适宜的消声器。

According to the different reserved spaces for mufflers of different types of mineral trucks, influences of the parameters of length to diameter ratio, expansion ratio, perforation rate etc. on type selection of resistance mufflers were discussed respectively. The transmission loss and the pressure loss of the resistance mufflers with different combination of the parameters were computed by using SIDLAB software. It shows that the change of parameters has a great influence on the maximum value of the noise reduction and the removal of the passing frequency of the mufflers. The perforated tube muffler can achieve the most ideal silencing effect. When one end of the tube inserts into the expansion cavity with a half of the length of the cavity, and the other insets with a quarter of the length of the cavity, the muffler can have the best effect of noise elimination. Finally, a suitable muffler for a 290 t mineral truck was designed according to the requirements of its reserved space, transmission loss and pressure loss.
