某型离心空气压缩机采用水润滑滑动轴承作为支承。通过分析水润滑轴承刚度与安装位置对转子系统临界转速的影响,可以为空压机合理调节水压和轴承安装位置提供理论依据。研究表明,临界转速对某一区间的轴承刚度变化非常敏感,随着刚度的增大,临界转速会有阶跃性的增加;改变轴承的安装位置,增加转子的跨距,可以方便润滑结构设计,但会降低系统的临界转速值。

Water-lubricated sliding bearing is designed to support the centrifugal air compressor. Effect analysis of bearing stiffness and bearing location on critical speed of air compressor is important, which is a theoretic cause of adjusting water pressure or bearing location. It is found that critical speed is very sensitive in a certain range of bearing stiffness, and it has step increase with stiffness increasing. It is also found that a change of bearing location and an increase of the span of rotor will be helpful for lubrication structure design, but a critical speed will be lower.
