针对传统阻尼处理方式引入附加质量过大的弊端,利用拓扑优化技术研究谐和激励下阻尼材料配置优化问题。首先对谐和激励下自由阻尼板动态位移响应进行了灵敏度分析,并建立了阻尼材料配置优化模型,然后利用基于Kuhn-Tucker条件的优化准则法给出优化流程,并据此得到不同激励频率下以复合结构上某点位移响应幅值最小化为目标的受限质量阻尼材料最优配置构型。研究表明阻尼材料的最优配置构型与激励频率相关,优化阻尼材料配置方式,能够在附加质量约束条件下实现对振动的有效控制。对于附加阻尼结构轻量化设计具有一定的参考价值。

Aiming at the problem that the conventional damping treatment would induce overlarge additive mass, the topology optimization of a free-damping layer was studied. Firstly, sensitivity analysis for structural displacement response of the free-damping layer was done under harmonic excitation, and the optimum model was established. Then, the flow-chart of optimization was designed by using the optimality-criteria method based on the Kuhn-Tucker condition. Finally, the optimum topologies of the limited mass-damping material were obtained with minimizing the displacement response at a certain point of the combined damping structure under different excitation frequencies as the target. It is indicated that the optimal balance between vibration control effect and additive mass can be reached by the optimum method presented in this paper, and the optimal topologies of the damping material are related to some factors such as excitation frequencies etc.
