转管自动机连发射击过程中,由于热量无法及时消散,引起炮尾体温度升高。为研究温度升高造成的影响,采用有限元法对炮尾体进行静力分析和热力耦合分析,对分析结果规划4条轴向路径,3条周向路径,把应力数据映射到路径上;通过静力分析和热力耦合分析结果的对比,探讨了温度升高对炮尾体形变及应力状态的影响,以及这种影响对射击精度及疲劳寿命的负面作用;根据分析结果提出了消弱温度影响的途径,为炮尾体结构设计提供参考,最终提高射击精度。

Gatling automatic machine bursts process is not able to dissipate heat , causing the temperature of breech body to rise .In order to study the impact of temperature rise , the breech body static analysis and thermal-structure coupling analysis using the finite element method is carried out .In the analysis , the stress data are mapped to four axial paths and three circumferential paths to explore the temperature rise impact on the shape change and stress state of the breech body through comparison of the static analysis and thermal -structure cou-pling as well as the negative effects of such influence on shooting accuracy and fatigue life ;an approach is pro-posed to weaken the influence of temperature according to the analysis and a reference is provided to design the breech body structure ,ultimately improving shooting accuracy .
