以《大学生体育自主学习量表》为依据，对张家口地区大学生体育课自主学习现状进行调查分析，发现张家口大学生体育课自主学习动机整体较差，缺乏自我监控和自主学习的能力。此外，多数学生希望能学习自己喜欢的体育项目。为培养学生体育课自主学习能力提出教改建议：重视学生自主学习观念的转变，激发学习动机；创设宽松、和谐、民主的学习环境；为学生创设自主学习发展的空间；转变教师角色，体现学生主体性。

Based on College Sports Autonomous Learning Scale,the paper makes a survey and analysis of college students’independent learning in P.E.class in Zhangjiakou Region,finding that the students’ self-motivation of independent learning is generally poor and they lack the ability of self-monitoring and self-directed learning.Most students want to have more time to participate in their favorite sports.The pa-per offers some suggestions,such as emphasizing the change of the concept of the students’independent learning and stimulating their learning motivation;creating a comfortable,harmonious,democratic learning environment;establishing space for their development;and changing the teachers’roles and showing the students’subj ectivity.
