综述唇形科植物精油的分布、化学组成及其在食品及果蔬保鲜、食品和饲料的功能增效、医疗、保健与美容、农药及植物保护等领域的应用研究，分析目前唇形科植物精油研究方面存在的问题，指出进一步探索和突破的方向，并对深入研究和开发进行展望。
종술진형과식물정유적분포、화학조성급기재식품급과소보선、식품화사료적공능증효、의료、보건여미용、농약급식물보호등영역적응용연구，분석목전진형과식물정유연구방면존재적문제，지출진일보탐색화돌파적방향，병대심입연구화개발진행전망。
This paper reviewed the distribution and chemical constituents of the essential oil from Labiatae plants ,and its applications in such fields as food ,fruits and vegetables preservation ,food and feed function enhancement ,medical treatment ,health care and cos-metology,pesticides and plant protection ,etc.The problems about the studies of essential oil from Labiatae plants were analyzed.The further research direction and the prospect about the essential oil from Labiatae plants was put forword .
