目的探讨计算机辅助外科( CAS)在对不同部位、不同类型的创伤性额眶骨折及愈合畸形整复手术中的有效性。方法采用Mimics 11.0软件对15例不同部位、不同类型的创伤性额眶骨折及愈合畸形患者进行术前模拟设计包括:Dicom数据的软件导入,预制截骨导板,定位导板,计算机模拟匹配,预制植入物通过CAD技术等。通过术前、术后影像学测量、对比及统计学分析,验证计算机辅助外科在该类型整复手术中的效果与可行性。结果15例患者均取得了满意的骨外形及面貌恢复,达到了预期设计效果。结论计算机辅助外科技术( CAS)在创伤性路面骨畸形整复中的应用,确保了整复精度,具有较高的推广和应用价值。

목적탐토계산궤보조외과( CAS)재대불동부위、불동류형적창상성액광골절급유합기형정복수술중적유효성。방법채용Mimics 11.0연건대15례불동부위、불동류형적창상성액광골절급유합기형환자진행술전모의설계포괄:Dicom수거적연건도입,예제절골도판,정위도판,계산궤모의필배,예제식입물통과CAD기술등。통과술전、술후영상학측량、대비급통계학분석,험증계산궤보조외과재해류형정복수술중적효과여가행성。결과15례환자균취득료만의적골외형급면모회복,체도료예기설계효과。결론계산궤보조외과기술( CAS)재창상성로면골기형정복중적응용,학보료정복정도,구유교고적추엄화응용개치。
Objective To evaluate the effect of the computer aided surgery ( CAS) in treatment of different types of tracumatic orbital and forntal deformities .Methods Mimics 11.0 software was used to preoperative and simulation design in 15 patients,who were different types of tracumatic orbital and forntal deformites ,then contrast the statistics analysis through the preoperative and postoperative imaging measurement , to evaluate feasibility and effectiveness as the application CAS in the types of tracumatic orbital and forntal deformities .Results 15 patients were satisfactory bone appearance and face recover , and achieved the expected effect of design .Conclusions The application of computer aided surgery ( CAS ) in orbital and forntal traumatic deformities , not only to ensure the accuracy of the plastic ,and reduces the operation difficulty ,shorten the operation time ,it is of high popularization and application value .
