目的研究乳腺癌患者血清中卵泡抑素( FS)和黏蛋白MUC1表达与肿瘤的发生发展与转移的关系及其临床意义。方法采集60例乳腺疾病入院患者的血清样本,其中乳腺癌40例,乳腺良性疾病20例,分别采用ELISA法和CanAgMUC1检测试剂盒检测其血清中FS和MUC1含量。结果在40例乳腺癌患者血清中FS和MUC1的血清含量分别为(3.75±1.32)ng/ml和(37.63±23.22)U/ml,FS和MUC1的阳性率分别为32.50%和47.50%,均明显高于对照组( P<0.01),乳腺癌患者FS和MUC1血清含量和阳性率与组织学分级、肿瘤大小、腋窝淋巴结转移有关( P<0.01或P<0.05)。结论 FS、MUC1与肿瘤发生、发展、生物学特征以及转移密切相关,联合检测这些指标有利于乳腺癌的早期诊断以及预后判断。

Objective To investigate the connection between the expression of FS and MUC 1 proteins in the breast cancer patients serum and tumor growth and metastasis ,and to explore the clinical significance .Methods By using ELISA method and CanAgMUC 1 to examine the expression levels of FS and MUC 1 proteins in 40 serum samples of breast cancer patients and 20 serum samples of breast benign disease .Results In 40 cases of breast cancer patients serum,the content of FS and MUC1 were(3.75 ±1.32)ng/ml and(37.63 ±23.22)U/ml,the positive rate were 32.50%and 47.50%,which were significantly higher than those in the control group ( P<0.01 ) . The content and positive rate of FS and MUC 1 proteins in the breast cancer patients serum were positively correlated to histological grade,tumor size,axillary lymph node metastatic carcinoma (P<0.01 or P<0.05).Conclusions FS and MUC1 proteins were closely related to tumoral occurrence , development , biological characteristics and transfer , and testing of the two proteins together will be helpful to the early diagnosis of breast cancer and prognostic judgement .
