目的探讨p130Cas 在卵巢上皮性癌中的表达及意义。方法应用免疫组化方法检测p130 Cas在80例卵巢上皮性癌和30例正常卵巢组织中的表达,并分析其表达与肿瘤临床病理因素及预后的相关性。结果 p130Cas 在卵巢上皮性癌中的阳性表达率高于其在正常卵巢组织中的表达(73.75% vs.10.00%,P<0.001);在卵巢上皮性癌中,FIGOⅢ期患者p130Cas 阳性表达率高于FIGO分期Ⅰ+Ⅱ患者(84.6%vs.56.8%,P=0.005);p130Cas高表达的患者有更差的卵巢癌特异性5年累计生存率(P=0.002),经多因素分析有统计学意义( P=0.036)。结论 p130 Cas高表达可能促进卵巢上皮性癌的发生,并与其更晚的分期和不良预后相关。

Objective To investigate the expression of p 130Cas protein in epithelial ovarian carcinoma and normal ovarian tissue ,and assess their correlations with clinicopathological parameters and prognosis .Methods The expression level of p130Cas in epithelial ovarian carcinoma and normal ovarian tissue samples was measured by immunohistochemistry.Results The expression of p130Cas in epithelial ovarian carcinoma was higher than normal ovarian tissue(73.75%vs.10.00%,P<0.001).In epithelial ovarian cancer ,p130Cas expression was significantly higher in FIGO Ⅲ stage than in FIGO Ⅰ+Ⅱ stage(84.6% vs.56.8%,P =0.005).In addition,patients with p130 Cas high expression had poor survival ( P =0.002 in univariate and P =0.036 in multivariate analysis ) . Conclusions p130 Cas may positively regulate carcinogenesis , and correlate with advanced FIGO stage and poor prognosis in epithelial ovarian carcinoma .
