烟叶烘烤是烟农合作社发展的难点环节。安龙县依托烟农综合服务合作社，采取“三统三分”形式，即：采收和装烟标准把握、烘烤物资准备、烟叶烘烤三个环节由合作社统一完成；烟叶田间采收、装烟上炕、烟叶烤后下炕三个环节由烟农分户负责，全面实现了专业化烘烤，取得了显著经济效益。受益于专业化烘烤，全县烟叶生产组织化程度显著提高，烟叶种植规模快速发展。
연협홍고시연농합작사발전적난점배절。안룡현의탁연농종합복무합작사，채취“삼통삼분”형식，즉：채수화장연표준파악、홍고물자준비、연협홍고삼개배절유합작사통일완성；연협전간채수、장연상항、연협고후하항삼개배절유연농분호부책，전면실현료전업화홍고，취득료현저경제효익。수익우전업화홍고，전현연협생산조직화정도현저제고，연협충식규모쾌속발전。
With the development of tobacco growers cooperative, Anlong county fully realized specialized curing, which generated great economic benefit. The model was called three-unified and three-household, i.e. cooperative is responsible for standard control of harvesting and loading, preparation of curing materials, and curing, while tobacco growers are responsible for harvesting, loading, and unloading after curing. By so doing, tobacco growers degree of organization was enhanced, and tobacco growing scale in Anlong county increased rapidly.
