通过对比分析,选择氨气敏电极法快速测定烟用聚丙烯丝束滤棒成型水基胶中的氨氮含量,考察了该方法的测定条件及影响因素。结果表明:①氨气敏电极具有很高的选择性,在强碱性条件下,采用EDTA作掩蔽剂,几乎所有无机离子对测定无影响;②部分挥发性胺对测定有明显干扰,表面活性剂含量低于0.1%时无干扰;③最优条件下方法的定量限0.67μg/mL,回收率96.1%~104.9%,RSD<4%。
通過對比分析,選擇氨氣敏電極法快速測定煙用聚丙烯絲束濾棒成型水基膠中的氨氮含量,攷察瞭該方法的測定條件及影響因素。結果錶明:①氨氣敏電極具有很高的選擇性,在彊堿性條件下,採用EDTA作掩蔽劑,幾乎所有無機離子對測定無影響;②部分揮髮性胺對測定有明顯榦擾,錶麵活性劑含量低于0.1%時無榦擾;③最優條件下方法的定量限0.67μg/mL,迴收率96.1%~104.9%,RSD<4%。

Ammonia gas-sensing electrode method was developed to determine ammonia nitrogen in water-borne adhesive applied on polypropylene fiber tow filter rod. Results showed that: 1) the method was highly selective. Almost all other inorganic ions showed no influence on determination under strong alkaline conditions with EDTA as masking agent; 2) significant interferences from some volatile amines were observed. There were some interferences if surfactants contents were higher than 0.1%;3) under optimum conditions, the quantification limit was 0.67 μg/mL and the recovery was 96.1%~104.9%. RSD was less than 4%.
