研究以同批粗颗粒钨粉为原料,考察炭黑形态和配碳方式对所制得的粗颗粒WC粉末性能的影响。实验结果表明:不管是采用经典的球磨配碳还是采用较为新型的混合配碳,使用粉状炭黑配碳制备出的粗颗粒WC粉末质量更优良。

This paper studies the effects of carbon black forms and carbon distribution on the properties of tungsten carbide powder by using Coarse tungsten powder particles, powdered carbon black and granular carbon as raw materials. The results show that the carbon distribution of powdered carbon black has the optimum mixing uniformity with high combined carbon in the produced tungsten carbide. The properties of the coarse tungsten carbide powder produced from powdered carbon black are more favorable.
