针对汽车噪声问题,提出基于层递分析的噪声治理流程,根据噪声源产生的原因、传递路径及产生的结果分为三个层次,第一个层次对激励源进行分析,然后根据激励源所对应的传递路径进行第二层次的分析,最后根据产生的结果进行第三层次的分析,该方法层次明确、过程清晰,能有效地解决汽车噪声问题。最后针对一辆样车的车内噪声问题,运用该方法进行详细分析,实例结果表明该方法行之有效。

A step analysis based noise control process was presented in the paper. According to the causes, transmission paths and the consequence of the noise sources, the process was divided into three steps. In the first step, the excitation source was analyzed. Then, the corresponding transmission path of the excitation source was analyzed in the second step. Finally, the consequence of the excitation source was analyzed as the third step. Process of the analysis is clear and easy to handle. As an example, the interior noise of a car was analyzed in detail with this method, and the effectiveness of this method was verified.
