为改善蓄电池常规充电方法导致的充电时间过长,效率低下,过充和欠充等不足,以全桥变换器为主电路结构,ADuC814单片机和 SG3525为主控芯片,增加智能化管理,设计了充电电源硬件电路和多段式充电软件控制系统,给出了主要器件选型。样机的试验波形和充电实验数据表明,该智能充电电源稳定性高,充电时间短,输出的电压纹波小于100 mV,效率超过85%,具有良好的实用价值。

In order to solve problems of long time charging, low efficiency, overcharging and undercharging caused by the conventional battery charging methods, a new power supply is designed. The new power supply chooses the full bridge converter as the main circuit, taking ADuC814 microcontroller and SG3525 as the master control chips, and adding into the intelligent management. Prototype test waveform and experimental results demonstrate that this intelligent power supply not only has high stability, but also is time-saving;and its output voltage ripple is below 100 mV, and the efficiency is above 85%, which can achieve good practical value.
