施工导流设计是水利水电枢纽总体设计的重要组成部分,施工导流贯穿工程施工的全过程。 Nam Ngum5水电站采用枯期导流与全年导流相结合的方式,结合主体建筑物进行设计,选用导流隧洞导流,并在第2年汛期利用坝体过流,从而减少了导流泄水建筑物及挡水建筑物的规模,节约了工程造价。该设计方案经实际施工证明经济合理可行,为主体工程的顺利施工创造了良好的条件。

The design of the river diversion is an important part of the overall design of a hydro project complex and the river diversion is needed throughout the w hole process of the construction of a hydropow-er project .The river diversion for construction of the Nam Ngum 5 hydropower project is performed in both dry season and w hole year ,and the diversion tunnel is selected for river diversion and is designed ac-cording to the major structures of the project .In order to reduce the sizes of both flood relief structure and water retaining structure ,thus reducing the construction cost ,flood is allowed to flow over the dam body in the wet season of the second year .The construction practice of the project indicates that the design al-ternative proved economical ,rational and feasible ,creating favorable conditions for successful construction of the major work of the project .
