研究了200℃热空气老化时间对氟硅橡胶性能与结构的影响。结果表明,氟硅橡胶在200℃热空气老化22天后仍保持一定的力学性能;其玻璃化转变温度( Tg )及损耗因子峰值( tanδmax )随老化时间的延长下降;氟硅橡胶的储能模量( E′)和损耗模量( E″)在温度高于-50℃时的变化幅度较小。老化后的氟硅橡胶在红外谱图上没观察到明显的结构变化;拉伸断面的SEM图显示老化后形貌越来越粗糙,断层厚度增大,填料聚集体数量及体积增大。

The effect of 200℃hot air aging time on the structure and properties of fluorinated silicon rub-ber was discussed .Result indicates that the fluorinated silicon rubber maintained good mechanical property af -ter heat aging for 22 days under 200℃.The maximum dissipation factor and the glass-transition temperature of the fluorinated silicone rubber decreased with the increase of aging time .The storage modulus and loss modu-lus almost remained the same after heating for 22 days, which makes the rubber achieve a fast-elastic recovery of the deformation with temperature.Meanwhile, tts glass transition temperature (Tg) and loss factor peak ( tanδmax ) decreased with the extended aging time .Furthermore, the storage modulus and loss modulus of fluorinated silicone rubber changed little when the temperature higher than -50℃.FTIR results suggested that the aged rubber showed no significant structure change .SEM of the tensile broken profile showed the ap-pearance became more and more rough , the thickness of the fault increased and the filler aggregate increased in number and volume .
