在相同配方、相同工艺条件下比较了甲基乙烯基硅橡胶、低苯基硅橡胶、中苯基硅橡胶和苯醚1,2-亚乙基硅橡胶的常温力学性能、300℃下热氧老化性能、70℃湿热老化性能和耐辐照性能。结果表明,苯醚1,2-亚乙基硅橡胶的常温力学性能、耐湿热老化性能、耐辐照性能最佳,而耐300℃的热氧老化性能最差;中苯基硅橡胶的常温力学性能较差,但具有最优的300℃热氧老化性能;低苯基硅橡胶的湿热老化性能最差。
在相同配方、相同工藝條件下比較瞭甲基乙烯基硅橡膠、低苯基硅橡膠、中苯基硅橡膠和苯醚1,2-亞乙基硅橡膠的常溫力學性能、300℃下熱氧老化性能、70℃濕熱老化性能和耐輻照性能。結果錶明,苯醚1,2-亞乙基硅橡膠的常溫力學性能、耐濕熱老化性能、耐輻照性能最佳,而耐300℃的熱氧老化性能最差;中苯基硅橡膠的常溫力學性能較差,但具有最優的300℃熱氧老化性能;低苯基硅橡膠的濕熱老化性能最差。

Methyl vinyl silicone rubber , methyl phenyl vinyl silicone rubber with a low content of-Ph2 SiO-, methyl phenyl vinyl silicone rubber with moderate content of -Ph2 SiO-, diphenyl ether ethyl-enesilicone rubber were made under the same processing and recipe and their properties , such as the ambient mechanical properties , thermo-oxidative stability at 300℃, damp heat aging at 70℃ and radiation resistance were investigated .Results show that the diphenyl ether ethylenesilicone rubber shows the best the mechanical properties and damp heat aging at 70℃ and radiation resistance but the worst thermo-oxidative stability at 300℃among the silicone rubber materials .The mechanical properties of methyl phenyl vinyl silicone rubber with a moderate content of -Ph2SiO-is worse, but show good thermo-oxidative stability at 300℃.Further-more, the damp heat aging of methyl phenyl vinyl silicone rubber with a low content of -Ph2 SiO- is the worst among the silicone rubbers .
