通过添加防霉剂，制备了防霉有机硅密封胶。比较了3种防霉剂对有机硅密封胶防霉性能的影响。结果表明，添加防霉剂后，有机硅密封胶的防霉性能明显提高，液体防霉剂的效果好于固体防霉剂；在防霉剂质量分数小于1.0％时，随着防霉剂用量的提高，其防霉等级逐渐提高；当防霉剂质量分数为1.0％时，有机硅密封胶的防霉等级达到0级。防霉有机硅密封胶的较佳配方为：80份107硅橡胶，20份201甲基硅油，8份气相法白炭黑，5份甲基三丁酮肟基硅烷，1份偶联剂，0.07份二月桂酸二丁基锡，1.14份防霉剂1。采用该配方制得的防霉有机硅密封胶工艺简单，综合性能稳定，符合GB/T 14683-2003理化性能和GB/T 1741-2007防霉性能0级的要求。

The mildew resistant silicone sealant was prepared by adding an anti-mildew agent .The influ-ence of 3 different anti-mildew agents on the mildew resistance of silicone sealant was investigated .Results show that silicone sealant with anti-mildew agent had good mildew resistance with the liquid anti-mildew agent being better than the solid one .The mildewproof grade of silicone sealant gradually improves with the content of anti-mildew agent the content of anti-mildew agent was less than 1.0 wt%.Furthermore, when the content of anti-mildew agent was 1.0 wt%, the mildewproof grade of silicone sealant was 0.Finally, the formula for mildew resistant silicone sealant is as follows:107 silicone rubber 80 phr, 201 methyl silicone oil 20 phr, fumed silica 8 phr, methyl tributyl ketone oxime silane 5 phr, coupling agent 1 phr, dibutyltin dilaurate 0.07 phr, and anti-mildew agent I 1.14 phr.The develped process is simple and stable , in line with the GB/T 14683-2003 and GB/T 2003-1741 of the requirements .
