暖区暴雪多发于新疆北部的塔城和阿勒泰地区。本文从大尺度环流特点、各种尺度影响系统之间的配置、水汽源地、输送路径等几个方面重点回顾了近30 a来新疆暖区暴雪的主要研究成果,得到了新疆暖区暴雪的天气概念模型、预报思路及预报指标,为预报员更全面的认识暖区暴雪提供了参考。在此基础上指出现有研究存在的不足(如目前新疆暖区暴雪大多集中在天气学分析方面,对其形成的物理机制研究较少),以便进一步深入开展新疆暖区暴雪的研究,提高对此类天气的认识。

The main studies on snowstorm in Xinjiang in recent years are summarized, which include climatic characteristics, large-scale circulation, synoptic scale systems, mesoscale systems, and physical diagnosis and water vapor characteristics. There is less research on mesoscale systems in Xinjiang by the limits of the observation data and numerical model. With constant improvement of meteorological observation system and numerical model in Xinjiang, the conditions will be better for further study. Xinjiang is one of areas that snowstorm and snow disaster are easy hit. The impacts of the snowstorm and snow disaster to people's lives increased in recent years. It is very important for improving the weather forecast accuracy of the snowstorm and snow disaster, and enhancing the capabilities of disaster prevention and reduction.
