目的:探讨绩效考核在病案管理中的应用效果。方法自2009年始某院实行绩效考核,回顾性分析绩效考核在病案管理中的应用。绩效考核统一采用百分制考核计分办法实行院科二级核算的分配方式,一级核算分配由医院工作数量、工作质量、医德医风、成本费用控制、风险系数和服务满意度评价共6项考核办法分配到科室,科室按职务、职称和岗位能力、完成工作量、工作质量、医德医风、劳动纪律、风险系数考核计分办法进行二次分配到个人。结果全员的执行力度明显提升,工作效率明显提高,运行成本显著下降。结论绩效考核在病案管理中具有调动全员工作积极性、降低病案管理运行成本、提高工作效率和工作质量的作用,值得在病案管理中推广应用。

목적:탐토적효고핵재병안관리중적응용효과。방법자2009년시모원실행적효고핵,회고성분석적효고핵재병안관리중적응용。적효고핵통일채용백분제고핵계분판법실행원과이급핵산적분배방식,일급핵산분배유의원공작수량、공작질량、의덕의풍、성본비용공제、풍험계수화복무만의도평개공6항고핵판법분배도과실,과실안직무、직칭화강위능력、완성공작량、공작질량、의덕의풍、노동기률、풍험계수고핵계분판법진행이차분배도개인。결과전원적집행력도명현제승,공작효솔명현제고,운행성본현저하강。결론적효고핵재병안관리중구유조동전원공작적겁성、강저병안관리운행성본、제고공작효솔화공작질량적작용,치득재병안관리중추엄응용。
Objective To discuss the application effect of performance appraisal in medical record management. Methods Retrospective analysis of the application of the performance appraisal in medical record management from 2009. We using hundred-mark system assessment scoring method, and implementing distribution ways of hospital and department secondary calculation. First-level calculation distribution was assigned to the department by the 6 items of hospital work quantity, quality, medical ethics, cost control, risk factor and service satisfaction evaluation. Seconed-level calculation distribution was assigned to individuals according to the position, title and post ability, workload, work quality, medical ethics, labor discipline, risk factor. Results The whole executive force was improved significantly, and obviously the working efficiency was improved, the operation cost had a significant reduction. Conclusion Performance appraisal in medical record management can motivate the full work, reduce the medical record management cost and improve the work efficiency and work quality, is worthy of popularization and application in the medical record management.
