加强涉案财物管理工作是推进执法规范化建设的需要，有利于构建和谐的警民关系，也有利于促进公安队伍的廉政建设。当前，公安机关在涉案财物管理工作中还存在一些问题，为此，公安机关应当采取针对性的措施，建立与完善涉案财物管理长效工作机制。
